Shipping policy

Order Processing:

 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We usually ship orders on the same day they are processed. Expect an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so keep an eye on your inbox!

 

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated according to weight and displayed at checkout.

 

Regional Shippingg:

 

We currently offer shipping within Australia, as well as to New Zealand and Fiji. Estimated delivery times for these regions are 5-10 business days. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchange:

 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@kadakchai.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We will address these on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
